Is The System suitable for sensitive skin?
The System is designed for simple, daily use and uses considered formulas without turning skincare into a chemistry experiment.
That said, every skin is different. If your skin is particularly sensitive, introduce the products one at a time and patch test before full use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
How long does The System last?
With daily morning and evening use, The System will typically last around 6 to 8 weeks.
How long each product lasts depends on how much you use per application.
When should I use each product?
Cleanse in the morning and evening. Defend during the day, after Cleanse. Repair in the evening, after Cleanse.
Do I need all three products?
No. Each product can be bought on its own. Together, they form the complete daily system.
Can I use SAVIO with a beard?
Yes. SAVIO works with stubble, short beards and fuller beards.
Massage Cleanse through the beard and onto the skin beneath. Apply Defend and Repair directly to the skin rather than leaving the product on the facial hair. With a fuller beard, you may need slightly more product to reach the skin properly.
How quickly should I expect results?
Some benefits, such as cleaner and better-hydrated skin, may be noticeable quickly. More visible improvement comes from consistent daily use.
SAVIO is not designed around instant transformation. The work is cumulative. Use The System morning and evening, and give your skin time to respond.
What is the return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
